At Good Vibes, our customer service doesn’t stop at the purchase or delivery and installation. If service is required in the future, you have the assurance that we stand behind our sales. Our trained service technicians are available to handle TV, home theater and satellite issues whether in or out of warranty Our Service Manager is Gary who is one of the owners. He “fixes” a lot of stuff over the phone. Call us first @ (217) 351-2926. If you buy your electronics on-line or from a Big Box and it develops a problem, you’ll be calling an 800 number that is likely outside the US.

Good Vibes provides in-house warranty service for SONY & LG TVs (that we have sold). No other retailer in Champaign can claim that. Our extensive Parts Department features replacement parts for many models of SONY, LG Mitsubishi, Pioneer, Klipsch, Paradigm and other brands. Non-warranty service is available on most name brands but know that Vizio and Samsung are problematic regarding parts.

Extended Warranty

Our Expert Protection packages offer extended service plans for your purchase after the manufacturer warranty runs out. Extended service plans are simply insurance policies—if something bad happens, you’re covered and that’s peace of mind. We do not force them on customers like the Big Box stores. Should your product have a problem inside the extended warranty period, chances are Good Vibes personnel will perform the service in our store or, in the case of large TVs, in your home. Packages cover the cost of all covered repairs (acts of God, physical damage, etc not covered) and if for some reason the product is not repairable, it will be replaced.
