Good Vibes maintains its own on-site repair center. Gary Burson has headed up our service department for over 25 years, and is also a company founder.
It is our experience that we can do more efficient repairs in-shop, than in-home. For this reason, we generally prefer to come and pick-up your TV, repair it in our shop, test the repair, and redeliver the TV when the repair is complete. In some cases, however, in-home service is our only option.

We will need to know the make and model of your TV (if it is an LG the service model ex. 32LB9D-UA.AUSLLJM) , the serial number, and date of purchase (if in warranty). We will also need to know exactly what the TV is or isn't doing, when it started happening, and what special conditions may have existed coincident with the development of the problem (e.g., Did the TV get bumped into or dropped? Wet? Was there a power surge?) This over-the-phone "diagnosis" will better prepare our technician for his visit to your home.
We will set a time for our technician to visit your home. At this time, you will need to provide us with a valid credit card so we may take the minimum payment for the appointment.
