Service & Support
At Good Vibes, customer service doesn’t stop at purchasing, delivering, or installing. If you experience issues with your product, be assured that we stand behind our sales. Many problems can be fixed with a call; phone support is free. Our techs will come to your house if needed. Whether TV or audio issues, call us first @ 217-351-2926. If you buy online or from a Big Box and a problem develops, you’ll call an 800 number that is likely outside the US. Good Vibes will perform or arrange warranty service for SONY, LG, and Samsung TVs (that we have sold); Klipsch, Denon, Sony ES, Anthem, Paradigm, Polk Audio, Marantz, and Definitive Technology.
Extended Warranty
Our Extended Protection packages offer service plans for your purchase after the manufacturer warranty runs out. Extended service plans are insurance policies — if something fails, you’re covered and that’s peace of mind. We don’t force them on you but recommend them, especially on expensive equipment. Should your product have a problem within the extended warranty period, we’ll stand with you to resolve a no-charge repair or replacement, including in-home repairs to large TVs. Packages cover the cost of all repairs including surge damage except physical damage/abuse.
